One Hawthorne is positioning itself as a more intimate alternative to the downtown mega-projects like the 656-unit Infinity, the 419-unit Millennium and the 709-unit One Rincon Hill. It has some of the same qualities as those projects—Killer views, downtown location, high-end finishes, fitness center. Units will likely start in the $400,000’s for a junior one-bedroom. On the other end are 1,900-square-foot three bedroom penthouses which, depending on the market, will likely land somewhere above the $2M.
