The Argenta is a 17-story high-rise condominum project currently under construction and due to be released to the market in 2009. The Argenta is located at 1 Polk Street -cross street, 10th and Market (Civic Center).

There will  be 180 condominium units that will run from studios to 3 bedrooms. The project was designed by Donald Macdonald Architects.
