There’s a new kid on the Mid-market block.

Currently under construction, 77 Van Ness Avenue will soon expose an 8-story mixed-use project with two ground floor commercial spaces and 50 residential condominium units. Warner Schmaltz of Forum Design is the buildings architect. Forum Design also designed another new project on Van Ness, The Artani.

Located in the Mid-Market neighborhood of San Francisco, 77 Van Ness Avenue is just steps from BART, the Civic Center, the Opera House and Davies Symphony Hall.
